Content on this site -- service descriptions, service-area listings and general guidance -- is provided for general information. It does not replace an on-site inspection: an estimate given by phone or through the contact form is not final until a technician has looked at the actual problem.

No prices published

This site does not publish prices, rates, or cost ranges for any service. A specific number is only ever given after a technician has assessed the job.

Requesting an estimate

Submitting the contact form or calling (786) 894-3082 to request an estimate does not create any obligation to book work. Scheduling a visit is a separate step, agreed to directly with the person answering the phone.

Site use

Using this site to submit knowingly false information, to probe for areas not meant for public access, or to interfere with how it normally functions is not permitted.
